Meg completed a degree in Equine Science from the University of the West Of England, Hartpury College whilst working at The Equine Therapy Centre at Hartpury. She then took on a full-time position at The Therapy Centre working to rehabilitate horses after injury and surgery before joining TCEH in November 2018.
In her spare time, Meg enjoys riding her Welsh Section D cross Bertie and working her young cocker spaniel Fenn.

Jess joined Three Counties Equine Hospital in February 2026, bringing over 10 years of experience in equine rehabilitation. Prior to joining the practice, she worked at the Equine Therapy Centre at Hartpury University, where she cared for and exercised a wide range of horses, from much-loved family ponies to elite competition horses. Alongside her practical experience, Jess has completed an MRes in Equestrian Performance, following an Undergraduate BSc (HONS) Animal Behaviour and Welfare. Jess has a particular passion for working hunters, eventing and horse clipping. In her spare time, Jess loves exploring the countryside, spending time with her Welsh D mare Foxy and visiting family in Cornwall.

Paula joined TCEH in January 2024 having previous equine experience working for 6 years with Equine Osteopath Elizabeth Launder and 4 years at David Dennis racing yard part time. She had her own horses for 14 years but now likes to row on the Severn, spend time at her Caravan in Exmouth and walking the dog on the beach.

I joined TCEH in December 2023 part time, I am also a part time freelance groom. I have worked as a freelance groom since leaving racing where I enjoyed taking horses racing and regularly winning best turned out. I have an NVQ 3 in race horse care and management and also have my Pony Club A test.
Outside of work I enjoy competing my ex race horses Sustainability (19) in Show jumping and Quickbeam(22) in Dressage and TREC. Both of whom I looked after since they started racing aged 5 and 4.

Chloe worked in racing for 4 years and whilst she very much enjoyed days at the races with the horses she decided on a change of career and joined TCEH in October 2021 as one of our Vet Techs. Outside of work she enjoys hacking around the countryside with her ex racehorse Tails.

Lisa started working at TCEH in July 2002. In her spare time she enjoys going Eventing, racing and fence judging at British Eventing competitions including Gatcombe, Blenheim & Cornbury Park and is also a keen photographer. She also enjoys days out shooting/beating with her 3 labradors.

Kerry joined the TCEH in July 2024. Kerry studied at Moreton Morrell for a degree in Equine Management and has previously worked in racing and in rescue/rehabilitation at Redwings Horse Sanctuary.
Kerry has a particular interest in eventing and racing, also enjoy motorsport (especially Formula 1)
In her spare time she enjoys going for long walks in the countryside with her husband and spending time with her house rabbit.
