Changes to office hours, zone visits and drug ordering

As of 1st December 2021 we are introducing some changes.

Telephones

Our phone lines will be diverted to our out of hours telephone answering service at 5.00pm but the office will remain open for visitors until 5.30pm.

Zone visits

We are continuing to provide our half price zone days, but we now require calls to be booked 2 days in advance, rather than the day before. Please see table below.

May we also respectfully remind you that to qualify for a zone visit you must have no time restraints or requests for specific vets.

Drug ordering

There will now be a deadline of 12.00pm for drug orders requiring posting the same day or for collection the following day.
